Esurient Poster Series

Esurient - adjective - hungry or greedy.  These posters come from a different word project where I was limited to only using the letters of the word, the syllables, and the definition to create four unique posters that still maintained the feeling of the chosen word.  I chose the green and gold color palette to represent greed paired with the letter forms executing the action.  The process consisted of making dozens of thumbnails to jot ideas down.  Then I narrowed the ideas down and picked a few favorites to work off of and make larger sketches of.  Those larger sketches provided the blueprint for the final pieces.
